Our Personal Trainers will help to build morale, self esteem, socialization and overall personal growth by guiding the
client through well-planned, individually tailored fitness and wellness programs.
In order to training to be 100 percent effective, we ask that each clientele acquire their primary physicians approval
for exercise participation as well as fill out a Developmental Fitness Company health history questionnaire. The more
information that our personal trainers have about you makes it easier and all the more effective for them to train you
efficiently. This information is given to you during your initial complimentary consultation with a trainer. All
information is kept confidential.
